Paw's Place Animal Rescue was started in 1999 as a no-kill, non-profit 501(c)3 organization. For more information about Paw's Place, please read our About Us page. Our adoptable dogs are on Petfinder.com and are also shown in PawPrints Magazine.

At any one time, we have over 50 dogs and puppies at the shelter and in foster homes. The average cost for treating an animal we take in is about $300! Adoption fees don't even begin to cover these costs. On average, Paw's Place adopts over 100 pets every year! But we can only continue this effort with your help.

Paw's Place is able to do the work we do only because of volunteers and contributions from animal lovers like you. Monthly costs to maintain the animals at Paw's Place are over $2,500 per month. Only your contributions allow us to continue our mission. Donations in any amount are desperately needed. We need your ongoing financial support! Because of our IRS 501(c) 3 designation, all of your donatons are tax deductible!

Our mission is LIFE, and we pursue it four ways:

  • we save pets — the abandoned, the abused and the neglected;
  • we nurse them back to health;
  • we provide a sanctuary for those who are unadoptable;
  • and, most important of all, we find them loving homes — no matter how long it takes, one LIFE at a time.

Your tax-deductible contributions are key to all of our efforts. We have found that we can make a difference in reducing the number of animals that are euthanized every week at county facilities.

Please continue to help us save lives by being a Paw's Place Sponsor. We need your ongoing financial commitment. Thank you for caring, and for your continued support. Also see our Wish List and The Paw's Place Animal Rescue Store for other ways to help Paw's Place!
