Black Cat
Stronger than usually given credit for, but very limited as a hero.

- Advantages
- Powerful combo attack can knock out an opponent with a single strike.
- Can inflict heavy Bleeding damage.
- Strong likelihood to inflict Critical damage.
- Disadvantages
- Limited offensive capabilities.
- No Ranged or area attacks.
- Extremely low Health, Attack stats at first.
For a lot of players, Black Cat rides the bench while stronger and more capable heroes do the actual heavy lifting. I think this is a bit of a waste. The Cat can be, in the right circumstances, a powerful asset to a team. I enjoy playing her as part of a “bleed team,” though she will always be the junior partner in that crew.
Felicia is more of a Scrapper than an Infiltrator; her attacks are straightforward and not at all Stealthy. Her biggest advantage is her ability to inflict Bleeding, and a lot of it, on opponents who can leak some bodily fluids. Her first attack rips her opponent, has a good chance of hitting for critical damage, and gives a Bleeding debuff. Her second attack inflicts Unlucky on its target, lowering his Accuracy and Evasion. The most interesting weapon in her arsenal is the combination of her third and fourth abilities. On the second round, her Stroke of Luck becomes available. A Quick Action, it dramatically raises her stats for a single turn. Combine this with her powerful Nerve Chop – itself a potent attack, with Deadly Crits and the ability to Exploit Bleeding – and you can knock out an opponent with one well-placed strike.
Her biggest drawback is her lack of variety. She has no Ranged attack, nor does she have an area attack. She’s a one-trick pony, slashing and chopping her way through the opposition. (I find her very comparable to the Black Widow in her structure and style of play, if even more limited and less effective than her Avenger colleague.)
She has no particular defensive capabilities. And because her initial Health and Attack stats are so very low, you’re going to have to spend some time leveling and chipping her before she becomes effective.
PVP: The Cat is far too limited to do well in PVP. Many of your opponents have the capability to either withstand or remove Bleeding, and with that neutralized, her offensive abilities become much weaker.
Alternate Uniforms: She has one alt, Claws (Scrapper or Infiltrator), which really does only one thing: triple the number of Bleeding debuffs her first attack inflicts on opponents. If you find yourself using Cat as part of a bleed team, you need to get her alt.
Strategy Suggestions
She has one effective attack strategy. In her first turn, slash the target with her Cat Scratch. In her second turn, use her Stroke of Luck and then immediately attack with Nerve Chop. Repeat as needed.
